Young performers begin their theatrical journey in this fun, nurturing program designed especially for ages 4–9. Students will explore beginner-level singing, dancing, and acting while working toward a 30-minute Broadway KIDS-style show. With a strong emphasis on creativity, teamwork, and confidence-building, they’ll also be introduced to the exciting world of theatrical production—including costumes, props, makeup, and sets. Students will perform select numbers at our CCPAC Showcase in November and a full performance in April for family and friends. This is the perfect way for young artists to discover the joy of theatre in an encouraging environment.
Consider joining our brand new class Song and Dance to continue exploring rhythm and voice alongside Novice MT.

Mandatory dates are essential to the success of the production and the safety and confidence of all performers. Each cast member plays a crucial role, and missing key rehearsals or performances affects not only their own preparation but also the entire ensemble. Tech Rehearsal is when we finalize staging, lighting, cues, and transitions—these cannot be learned or adjusted last minute. Absences during mandatory dates create disruptions and place extra pressure on the rest of the team. For this reason, we require full commitment to mandatory dates in order to participate in the program.
